Results for 3D Cut Line will not show for a specific domain

Hello all, I am running into an issue during post processing. I am trying to define a 3D cut line and plot the magnetic field strength as a function of position along that line. However, after the simulation runs, Comsol will not create a 3D cutline though a specific domain (in this case my substrate). I can create lines and plot results literally anywhere else, but not within that specific domain.

Has anyone run into this issue before? Any ideas on how to get the cut lines to work properly?

PS: I had to zip the comsol file. Its a bit over 5Mb even without the mesh or results.
