Looking for a MEMS design project.

Hello, one of our class credit requirements is to complete a primitive MEMS design on COMSOL.

We have around two weeks, which could be extended to a maximum of three weeks for working on the assignment.

I have come across many design projects online, but that doesn't serve any purpose, mainly because those are complete designs. I need to iterate between process, device, sub system and system and report the steps.

So it comes down to this - does anyone of you know of a good design problem whose solution requires all of these intricacies to be dealt with?

I have attached one such completed Design Project I found on the internet for you guys to get an idea.

Please redirect me to a website which might have a few good ideas for a design project if nothing comes up from the top of your heads!

All help is very much appreciated. Thank you in advance!
