LED Simulation in COMSOL

Iam doing a project on Gallium Nitride LED in COMSOL Software. Iam following your InGaN/AlGaN Double Heterostructure LED as a reference. Iam experiencing one problem in that in between. While plotting the IV characteristics of the LED, you have instructed to enter the expression "abs(semi.I0_1)" in Expression column of a table which consist of headings like Expression, Unit, and Description. After entering the above said expression iam getting a syntax error. Iam not able to proceed further with this syntax error. Please help me out of this problem.
