Simulate aeration process

Aeration is a routine process in biological wastewater treatement. I wish to simualte the aeration process using COMSOL. My conceptual scenario is to inject air bubble into a wastewater tank fro its bottom, and I want to simualte out the oxygen depth profile of this tank. Can I couple the process of oxygen transfer (from gas to water) with bubble rising in COMSOL?
