Splitting of Light Beam in Anisotropic Material

I am trying to model the splitting of a beam when it transitions from an isotropic material to an anisotropic material. So far, nothing I have tried has given me the expected results.
My model is attached, any help in figuring out how I can input the anisotropic material so that I see the intended effect would be greatly appreciated.
