3D k-epsilon for flow over cylinder with Re~700. C_d is too low. Any suggestions???

I have used the k-epsilon turbulence model with stationary solver to simulate airflow over a circular cylinder with radius 1 mm, and inlet flow of U =5m/s.
This should yield a drag coefficient of around 1, but my output shows 8.15. I've used the guidance of the "how to compute lift and drag" blog, to calculate the drag coefficient. Is the inaccuracy in the mesh( I used extra fine), or in the k-epsilon model? Since there will be adverse pressure gradients, should I use k-omega instead? Or is it the turbulent length scale? (I didn't use 0.07*diameter...)
I've attached the model without results since it was too large.
