Mesh Problem for 3D Mark Zehnder Interferometer

Hi,

I am having trouble with mesh. My geometry is standard 3D mark zehnder interferometer and there are one more block. This block contains the interferometer to simulate outside field. Usually, I use Free-Triangular mesh and Sweep through the waveguide ;however, this system contains curved shapes in it. I have tried may things, I got errors every time. Could anyone help me about this?
