How to add AC Source? Please

I want to add Alternating Current (AC) source in Liver RadioFrequency Ablation (Amplitude = 160V and freq = 280kHz). Physics are Electric Currents (ec) and Bioheat Transfer (ht). I want to simulate in 60seconds to obtain temperatures rise in some points within 60seconds.
My question is how to add the AC source? What is the study i have to use?
