Compressibility

Hi guys,
I'm trying to see if it is possible to solve compressibility equation in COMSOL using PDE's.
isothermal compressibility is given as ct = -1/V(dV/dP). I will like to solve this for every time step. So I will like an incremental pressure for each time so that I can obtain the equivalent dV hence the compressibility.
Please how do you advice I go about this?
