Heat Decay throughout thickness-z axis 20 mm in model

Hi Everybody,
Its a very simple model, I want to simulate the heat decay (Temp Vs Time) after I heat the geometry to around 520K in 3 mins. Which I was able to simulate and get Temp vs Time plot at any point in my thickness,
But I also want to simulate or see how the temp reduces from 520K (after my 3 min of heating is stopped) for the next 7-10 mins.
Please help me as to how to do that. Really appreciate any help
