Silicon parameters

I am working on silicon simulation in FDTD software. I have to build a waveguide for THz waves (0.1 - 1.2 THz) with silicon od carrier concentration = 10^18 cm^-3. What is the static permittivity of silicon and collision frequency of silicon at this concentration. Please help me.
