Calculation of stress distribution with radius curvature R

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I simulated the 3D-surface tensile stress distribution of thin films when it bent (minus Z-direction) with a radius of curvature R, and I could get the results.
And then, I'm trying to calculate data below.

・Stress in the normal direction
・Stress in the tangent direction (X-direction, bending direction)
・Stress in the tangent direction (Y-direction, vertical direction to the bending)
・Strain

But I don't have any idea how to calculate these.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Regards,
Hiroyuki Kuwae
