min(ErrJ, Stepsize) increase but Objective decrease

Hi everyone,

I get confused about the convergence in Optimization Module. I am dealing with the Least-Squares Objective using Optimization. But the problem has always not been solved due to the failed Convergence. In the log, I saw that the Objective has been reduced step by step and the output shows that the optimization results is good, but the min(ErrJ, Stepsize) continually increase resulting the failed convergence. So I want to know why these two value conflict with each other, in my understanding, smaller Objective means smaller min(ErrJ, Stepsize).

So what happened about it, could anyone help me. Thank you in advance.

Jiaqing
