Hi
To report in graphics I usually use :
1) the report generator, and then take some of the pictures and text from there, i.e.e eigenfrequency lists, ...
2) export save image to take images from the graphics and solution GUI, once I have arranged the views as I want them, by higlighting BC (boundary conditions), for mesh and for solutions. Just set enough resolution to have a nice clear image, the jpeg compression is rather high, this requirs some tries and prints, but then you can save your default choice
3) I use "Snipping tool" (MS-Vista or equivalent) when I only want to cut&paste into i.e. word, instead of saving jpeg as under 2)
4) I use the save image from the plot windows, when I'm looking at the results as graphs and not images
5) I seldom use the AVI because they tend to get very big (in Mb), but often they are nice for presentations
Hope this helps
Good luck
Ivar
