Modelling Flexural Strength of Palm Kernel Shell Concrete

I want to use COMSOL to model a lightweight concrete produced with palm kernel shell and determine its compressive and flexural strength under a defined load. An experimental results of the density, stress, strain, Young Modulus and poisson ratio of the specimen had been gotten from a destructive test using Universal Testing Machine, in which it was input in the material section. I successful model to determine the compressive strength (stress) and the results was okay (for example, a result of 1.558MPa) but when I did it again using the same geometry, material properties and followed the same process. The result of the stress was not the same (for example, a result of 0.1558MPa). Also, the results are not close to the experimental results, mostly, very low to the stress at yield gotten from machine, in which, it was used in calculating the young modulus. Though it used to be in range of stress at limit of proportionality for compression and stress at break for flexure.
