Can the piecewise function have two arguments?

I want to define a piecewise function, like f (x, y)= a, when x>b, and y>c.
my comsol version is 4.0
I see the piecewise interface (see the snapplot enclosed), it seems that the argument should be only one, but my piecewise function has two arguments.
