I am designing a 3D model in wave optics. I am using electromagnetic wave beam envelope physics and boundary mode analysis study. After simulation I am getting error as follow:
Failed to find a solution.
Singular matrix.
There are 1 void equations (empty rows in matrix) for the variable comp1.E110.
at coordinates: (2.28847e-006,1.07332e-006,0), ...
Returned solution is not converged.
Can anyone tell me what is the problem here and what is this variable comp1.E110. How can I correctly simultate my model.
Thank you in advance.
