Can anyone share some sample about Multi turn coil+ Time domain Study

I have a 3D straight line conductor and I want to simulate it as a coil and use it in time domain study. What should I do? Should I use domain multi-turn coil? But I need to give different excitation at both ends of this line conductor.
Can anyone share some sample about Multi-turn coil+ Time domain Study? I can't find enough example from model library.
My big question is about the current direction of multi- turn coil and which type coil should I choose.(domain or boundary?) and how to give two excitation at two ends of this conductor.
