Simulation and Heat transfer

I draw the shape in the photo. The cube is isolation material (glass wool). In side the cube there is sheet of Nickel as circle. I want to use the sheet of Nickel as heat resource (insert through this sheet electric current and produce heat through the isolation material).
I want to study simulation, heat distribution and the temperature change in each part of isolation material (glass wool) with time 10 s and 20 s.
