Changing band gap value when temperature is changed

Hi,

I am using semiconductor module to study change in silicon energy level when it is brought into contact with a metal. Silicon properties can be obtained from material library. Some properties like band gap is temperature dependent. My question is, do I need to change the values of these properties when I change temperature? Or does COMSOL itself adjust the values based on the given temperature?
