1st piola kirchhoff stress

Hello,

I did a basic structural mechanic model in which i set some boundary loads on my geometry. The results are alright but i have problem to interpret the first piola kirchhoff stress. Is the blue display meaning a compression and the red meaning an elongation of the material ?
