lorentz force

i want simulate a lorentz force in MEMS example , that in 3d environment one aluminium that placed over a silicon beam , the current that path in aluminium conductor generate lorentz force by interaction between current that pass from aluminium and magnetic field , and deform the beam , the question is this how i do it ? can some one tell a simple example , step by step that what i do ? ?
