Slower computation speed for cycle plastic constitutive model based on the external material

For a single element, it takes 30min to solve for 10 cycles loading, and it takes about 20h to solve for less than 100 cycles loading.
The computation speed is much slower than other FEA software.

what's the problem, and how can I tune the solver. Looking for help, thank you!
