Hello everyone,
I need to use Indirect Optical Transitions feature in my simulation, but i cannot find it in Transitions model part in Optical Transitions section in the module. It shows only direct band gap model and user defined model.
any help, any idea about this issue..
Thanks,
Burak
I come across with the same problem and change to 'User define' model instead.
But I don't know how to define it.

I can find the indirect optical transitions when right click the ;Semiconductor'. But I didn't get the good result yet. Do you know how to use it ?
