How create sub-tab on an application

I m new on Comsol and I have to built an application.
I read the comsol tutorial book on comsol server and I see an example of which apparence I would give to my app. ( you can see it on attachment)
My problem is how to create sub-tab like under the result in the picture attached.
CAn you help me ?
