Pressure distribution inside a 3D channel

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I am modeling in Comsol 3.5 a fluid flow in a channel with top surface deflecting with respect to time. I want to know the pressure distribution inside a 3-D rectangular channel in following two cases. Without giving deflection to the top surface and by applying deflection function to the top surface.
Inputs are velocity(u,v & w) at the inlet, pressure at the outlet and no-slip conditions at all the walls except at the top surface which is a moving wall with deflection A*sin(freq*t).
Ideally, how should be the pressure distribution on the top surface without any deflection?
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Pranav
