Hi Bin,
You could calculate coil inductance both in 2D and 3D. We have several examples available in the Applications Gallery, in particular the following examples in 2D-axisymmetry will be useful.
1.
www.comsol.com/model/mutual-inductance-and-induced-currents-between-single-turn-coils-12653
2.
www.comsol.com/model/mutual-inductance-and-induced-currents-in-a-coil-group-12679
3.
www.comsol.com/model/mutual-inductance-and-induced-currents-in-a-multi-turn-coil-12687
Note that these examples are for the mutual inductance calculations using Single Turn Coil, Multi-Turn Coil and Coil Group feature. These features are also applicable to directly compute the inductance for a single coil or wire.
For 3D case, take a look at this power inductor example:

In addition, the following two blog posts will be useful here:
www.comsol.com/blogs/model-cables-and-transmission-lines-in-comsol-multiphysics/
www.comsol.com/blogs/computing-the-inductance-of-a-wire/
Hope this will be useful.
