axial gradiometer

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello fellow COMSOL users,

did anybody model an axial gradiometer in COMSOL before and could provide some useful hints?

Obviously, the 2D axisymmetric mode is suitable and I want to use the Magnetic Field Interface. But I am not absolutely sure, if it wouldn't be better to use the Magnetic and Electric Fields Interface.

And if I want to use the multi-turn coil domain to model the gradiometer coils, what coil exciation should be used?

Thanks in advance!
